Pro & Institutions

Two things the free tool can't do: a checked, editable edition of a whole score, and unlimited use for a school, choir or studio. AI-assisted, checked note-by-note, and you see a free sample before you pay.

1 · A checked, editable edition of your score

For composers and arrangers with manuscripts or old scans, choir and orchestra librarians, anyone restoring a public-domain score, or anyone whose 20-page PDF is too big to fix by hand.

You get MusicXML that opens in MuseScore, Finale, Sibelius or Dorico; a clean engraved PDF of the full score; individual parts; MIDI and a practice MP3 per part.

How it works

  1. Send us two pages (the form below, or the free tool above).
  2. Within 24 hours you get those two pages back, checked, free.
  3. If you approve, we invoice. Delivery in 3–7 days depending on length.

$15 per page · minimum $299

A 60-page score is about $900. Multi-part scores (choir, band) count as one page per printed page.

2 · School, choir & studio licence

For music departments, community and church choirs, private studios with 20+ students.

You get unlimited conversions for all staff and students for a year, no daily limit, no per-piece unlock fees, a shared practice page per class or choir, priority in the processing queue, and a proper invoice for procurement.

Why it pays: a single unlock is $2.99. Thirty students working through twelve pieces would already cost more than the licence, and none of them would have to pay anything.

$999 per year

Licence holders get 20% off checked editions.

Step 1 · Drop your score here

The first two pages are read right now, free — that is your sample. Play it, check it, and if it looks right, ask us for the rest below. For a licence enquiry you can skip this step.

Step 2 · Tell us what you need

We reply within 24 hours with the checked sample pages and a firm price. Scores you uploaded above are attached automatically.

We never share or publish your scores; files are deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.

Frequently asked questions

Is a person actually checking the score?
Yes. Our AI engine does the first pass, then a person compares every bar against your original before delivery and fixes what the engine misread. We call it AI-assisted because that is what it is.
What if the sample isn't good enough?
Then you don't pay. You approve a free two-page sample before any invoice. After delivery we fix genuine errors free; if we can't make it right, we refund.
Do you rearrange or 'improve' the music?
No. We reproduce what is on the page: pitches, rhythms, key and time signatures, lyrics, dynamics and articulation as printed. Arrangement is a different job — say so and we'll tell you if we can help.
Is this publisher-grade engraving?
It is clean, consistent and fully editable, and good enough to print for a choir, a class or a self-published collection. It is not hand-engraved to Henle standards. If you need that, tell us before you pay and we'll say honestly whether we're the right fit.
What about copyright?
We only work on music you own or are licensed to use, for your own use. We never sell, share or publish your scores, and files are deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
How do I pay?
PayPal invoice (card or PayPal balance) after you approve the sample. Institutions can request an invoice with a purchase-order number.
What does the school licence not include?
Recognition quality is the same engine as the free tool, so handwritten or low-resolution scans have the same limits. The licence covers unlimited use; the checked-edition service is priced separately, with 20% off for licence holders.
